Hotel Nyx Cancun

The staff was exceptionally nice, provided a simple check-in and a late check-out. The location was amazing, relatively close to arte Garden. A bus stop was located walk from the venue😀👍

the location was particularly good and the services were excellent. the hotel offered a marvellous and delicious breakfast with western food and very nice atmosphere and mexican specialities.

Not very clean bathroom, and the breakfast was very limited.

Large room, your beach, nice dinner.

Far from civilization.

Very good location, nice beach!

The noise,- loude music and live events - coming from the neboughring Hotel (Beach Palace) is really tiering and we had problems with sleaping a lot of times. Fortunately it always ended at 10:00 pm so all the hotel guests could have some rest after that.

great service but musty room

The staff provided really good service throughout our stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a variety of tasty options every morning. The Chianti restaurant impressed me with its attentive staff and delicious cuisine. The beachfront view added a nice touch.

Right on the beach! Great price and value for position of hotel. Our room had huge belcony opening onto beach front. Two pools, great dpa, fantastic beds on beach and great service.

Nothing. We had read some reviews that said negative things, so we were prepared for anything. We are strictly price based travellers. It was cheap and we couldnt fault it.

The adjoining doors are a disaster!!! I could hear every cough and conversation from next door!!! The lack of variety in the restaurant menu was equally disappointing!!!

Incredibly friendly staff, fantastic dining experience.

They upgraded us free from the basic, to a standard room with sea view The problem was that there is no elevator so we had to climb on foot all the time!!

My wife and I were staying at the end of September and I have some things to say about the hotel: 1. If you take a standard room with sea view, you will have to go on foot because there are no elevators in most parts of the hotel!! 2. The inetrnet costs money, and actually quite a bit!! 3. And the worst - my wife and I electrocuted in a jacuzzi! After admission requirements the management invited to us a doctor .. Except it was not received an apology from the hotel management and did not talk to us about any compensation I do not recommend staying at the hotel, there are many hotels in the area that much better
